F609 bench press is designed for chest, arm and shoulder muscle development. An additional option for leg muscle development – infill leg muscle training – straightening sitting and supine bending. By changing the position of the back bench from horizontal to vertical, chest, arm or shoulder muscles can be trained. You can also perform squats with a bar by moving the fixture security rests on the other side.
